The Corporate Champions Program is our highly rated APPLIED Leadership Training Program. Designed and delivered by Olympic Greats, Mark Tewksbury and Debbie Muir, it is modeled after the highly effective systems and processes used to develop world-class athletes. Think of training leadership the same way you train sport; we provide the pathway where traits, skills, and fundamentals are identified, practiced, and perfected every day in your own work environment.

You get 12 weeks of guided training that includes 24 fundamental leadership traits and 72 specific skills required to be a great leader. This may seem overwhelming but by the time the program is complete participants are amazed at how all this content comes together effortlessly and simply to give them the ability to be a high-performing leader.

More importantly, the learning continues, and the skills are honed long after the 12 weeks is up. We call this the program that keeps on giving. With the resources and tools provided participants naturally keep using and perfecting their acquired skills. Just like an athlete improves year after year so will your people’s leadership skills.

This is why our program works. It addresses the challenges faced in traditional leadership development by intervening at the daily, performance level. According to a McKinsey leadership development survey, only 11% of the 500 executives polled around the globe strongly agreed with the statement that their leadership development interventions achieve and sustain desired results.
