3-Day Train-the-Trainer Course With International Certification
TrainSMART's 3-Day Train-the-Trainer Course is designed for individuals responsible for planning, creating, and delivering instructional programs. Whether you're an experienced trainer or new to the field, this Train-the-Trainer Course will provide you with the foundational knowledge and techniques you need to design, develop, and facilitate effective training programs.
Throughout the duration of TrainSMART's Train-the-Trainer Course, attendees will work on a course project, developing a training plan and instructional materials to support it. Additionally, attendees will have the opportunity to present their training sessions in class and record a video of the session.
At the end of TrainSMART's 3-Day Train-the-Trainer Course, each attendee will produce a training plan, instructional materials, and a video of their training session, which they can take back to their job and apply in practice. This Train-the-Trainer Course is designed to give learners the foundational knowledge and techniques they need to design and deliver effective instruction.
