The Foundations of Influence - Classroom
For true success as an influencer, you must understand how you operate in this role and what steps you can take to increase your effectiveness and impact in critical situations and with difficult people.
During the Situation Management Systems' Foundations of Influence Workshop, you will become an expert in the Situational Influence Model and learn to understand the behaviors associated with each influence style. During the program you will have the opportunity to practice your newly acquired influence knowledge and, additionally, you will clarify your understanding of each style by going through a Style Selector Exercise in order to see how it is applied in various situations.
