A Six Sigma Champion is a strategic leader who aligns process improvement with an organization's goals, selects impactful projects, allocates resources, supports project teams, monitors progress, promotes a culture of improvement, and reports results to senior management. They drive change and ensure Six Sigma principles enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
The Management and Strategy Institute developed the Six Sigma Champion Certification course to teach you the key duties and responsibilities of the Champion role during a Six Sigma project.
Who should attend?
The Six Sigma Champion training course includes all of the course work required to study for and pass the final exam.
You will be mailed a Certificate Of Completion, as well as a letter of congratulations and two copies of our training verification letters which you can give to employers who request it. The certificate is heavy-stock, cream paper suitable for framing. (US Members).
