Cracking the Shell on Racism is a 6-week series of modules specially curated for White participants who are in leadership positions in the business world, leadership positions in spiritual communities, decision-makers, coaches and forward-thinkers from all walks of life. Those who identify as Black, or any person of color are also most welcome.

Training content
Racism can only be uprooted day by day as humanity joins together. Coaching conversations invite honesty, inclusion and essential awareness building for this journey.
The program design gives a broad view and perspective about America’s history, culture, and practice of capturing and enslaving people primarily from West Africa for the purpose of economic stability, political power, and social standards for building America as a thriving country.
The modules clearly address such topics as slavery, the establishing of race, white supremacy, and white privilege, the Constitution, 13thAmendment and Emancipation Proclamation.
It is in divine order that we have the opportunity to take a look at America’s history of enslaving Africans for over 400 years and how this establishment laid the foundation for a stable economy, social mobility, and political representation for White Americans.
In order to fully align with the nature of Source, we must be willing to look at our shadow-side of history. It is only then that racism can begin to be uprooted, day by day and humanity is able to join together in divine love.
