Communication: Developing your Leadership Presence
The success of communication relies on the level of clarity and comprehension you are able to provide those you are communicating to. Whether you’re addressing an audience of one, 10 or 1,000, the clarity, passion, and confidence that you bring to your message can mean the difference between success and failure. The ability to clearly articulate a message is a core skill every leader in an organization must practice and hone.
It’s not just about “what” the leader communicates, but “how” they do it that builds credibility and trust. In this program, delivered either in-class or virtually, leaders develop an executive presence by harnessing their style, passion, body language, and increase their skills to deliver that message to have the right impact across multiple settings. Communication skills and presentation skills, both important for leaders, are learned and practiced with peers.
