Course description
This BEVA session introduces participants to strategies and approaches that will enable them to work with empathic pain and find effective strategies for effective self-management. It is offered by an accredited professional coach with the International Coach Federation and Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator-Coach.

The learner will look at:
- Gaining an understanding of how the brain is wired and exploring the impacts on employees
- Gaining an understanding of the symptoms of compassion fatigue
- Gain an understanding of burnout and strategies to prevent
- Experience practices and strategies to help
- Experience how to self-regulate strong emotions
