Exceptional Management Skills

Managers’ success is measured by the motivation, focus, skills and success of their entire team. This presents a challenge with a wild card in the equation that many new managers have never before had to deal with: the people factor. Managers must inspire and equip diverse groups of people with differing needs, skills, opinions and experience levels to go out and do what the manager used to do on his own.

The Exceptional Management Skills workshop will enable supervisors and managers to practice and develop techniques for communication, conflict management, motivation, delegation, and evaluation. These five basic concepts are the foundation of management, and their proper execution is based on knowing and understanding the employees working on the team. By identifying the behavioral styles of their employees, managers can more effectively communicate with, motivate, delegate, manage and evaluate their teams. Includes 6 e-learning videos.
