Course description
Influencing Effectively
In this highly interactive session, participants will be introduced to an Influencer model. Participants will gain an understanding of how critical it is to understand that there is more than one reason why something isn’t going according to plan. Gaining insight into a variety of elements that contribute to a person’s ability to lead and influence will be discussed and practiced. This will increase participant’s awareness which in turn will impact their ability to influence those they interact with. Through a variety of exercises and activities, the participants will build and enhance their influencing and management skills.
