This course will provide the participant with a basic introduction to the Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control (DMAIC) approach to problem solving, as well as Plan, Do, Check and Act (PDCA) cycle. We will provide awareness of the various tools within each phase, along with opportunities for practice / interactive exercises.
