A challenging senior-level leadership curriculum
In our Senior Leader Program, executives participate in a series of competitive simulations that teach leadership, financial acumen, and C-level execution skills.
Abilitie’s Senior Leader Program develops critical business and leadership skills in your VP-level and C-suite leaders. Participants in our intensive blended programs practice strategic business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and execution skills in safe practice environments. They uncover their personal leadership blind spots and hone their business and financial acumen.
Participants sharpen executive-level competencies and develop their leadership voice and style. Key concepts include influencing, long-term investment skills, decision-making skills, and developing coherent strategies for execution across organizational silos.
