What are the pros and cons of PMI and PMP certification. As a relatively experienced project management professional is either one of them easier for me to transfer my practical experience so that I don't need to start from scratch?
PMI is an acronym for the Project Management Institute. PMP - or Project Management Professional is a certification that is a standard qualification for project management.
