ITIL Foundation
This 3-day ITIL Foundation course is up to date with ITIL 2011, and is designed to teach participants about the life-cycle of managing IT services to achieve business expectations.
This course takes an engaging, case study approach to teaching the core disciplines of the ITIL best practice and qualifies participants to successfully complete the associate exam, which is necessary for acceptance into the future ITIL intermediate level training courses.

- Identify the basic concepts and definitions related to the Service Lifecycle
- Identify the activities and roles involved with the Service Lifecycle
- Identify the relationship of each component of the Service Lifecycle and how they map to other components
- Identify the factors that affect the effectiveness of the Service Lifecycle
