Dynamic Executive Communications and Presence
We can merely communicate, or we can influence action and provoke thinking by using intentional, dynamic, targeted, and compelling communication. In this workshop, we will share techniques that will enable you to elicit action and to cultivate an authentic, credible professional presence, whether in a one-on-one conversation, on a web-based presentation, or when delivering a message face to face.
We will share three important models: the SCOPE, the 4Ps, and the Fundamental Elements, frameworks that will guide you through message development.
How will we make it hands-on? At each skill builder, you will “do,” not simply listen. Tailored communication—that is communication designed to meet the need of the audience—is the basic premise of our course, and we practice what we preach by incorporating exercises and scenarios based on your actual workplace challenges.
We will videotape presentations and adapt exercises to meet the client’s environment, with feedback and improvement suggestions offered.

- Pre-Work: To maximize attendees’ time, we can provide several critical pre-work assignments, including an incisive article and TED Talk, as well as course elements to read ahead.
- After-Action Report: We will provide an after-action report and be available to answer questions and provide feedback at any point during course delivery. We can include content on the effectiveness of the courses, ideas for improving subsequent courses, suggestions for improving individual attendee’s performances, and recommended organizational strategies to reinforce and sustain learning.

- Customized Job Aids: The six-page laminated job aid may be customized to meet your organization’s needs.
- Individual Coaching: We can provide individual coaching to all or selected course attendees as a reinforcement to the workshop content. Coaching may occur face-to-face, over the telephone, or via email, depending upon the needs and preferences of workshop attendee. If the client chooses to purchase a bank of coaching hours, these may be shared among staff and do not have to be designated to specific individuals.
