BeThinkAct™: Certification as an Innovation Process Facilitator
Being a VCI-Certified Innovation Process Facilitator is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for your career. As you train and coach others, you will enable them to implement an innovation design process they can use anytime, with anyone, to produce innovative results.
With your certification training, you’ll learn how to conduct workshop sessions with 6 objectives and use your facilitation skills to coach 12 diverse exercises. In your online course, each section of the workshop and each coaching exercise will be introduced with a video, along with related worksheets and materials.
Once you’ve completed your online study and practice, we’ll coach you before and after your first “live” sessions, to make sure you’ll be confident and successful from the very start. And, we’re always here to support you when you need us.
To become a Certified Facilitator using the BeThinkAct™ Innovation Process, you’ll need to complete a VCI Innovation Process course, and you or your organization will need a VCI license agreement. Contact us for more details.

Training content
As an Innovation Process Facilitator of the BeThinkAct™ design process, you will guide and facilitate others to gain personal insights, practical skills, and innovative results in their work. As you train and coach others, they will gain the confidence, knowledge, and skills to:
- Achieve innovative outcomes with a strong sense of personal fulfillment
- Accelerate innovation by consciously choosing the best level of stretch goals and risk-taking
- Maintain momentum throughout the innovation design process, even during the ups and downs of innovative work
- Increase engagement in the process by sharing leadership, task by task
- Recognize and eliminate barriers that inhibit cross-functional, cross-cultural collaboration
- Make mid-course corrections while implementing trusted, innovative solutions
- Produce new knowledge and tangible results
Course delivery details
Group virtual or onsite certification training is also available.
This certification is available online in English and Spanish.
