Professional Branding helps kick-start employees’ careers. This workshop helps participants build self-awareness around how others perceive them. Employees learn how to conduct themselves professionally and authentically in any setting. In addition, we outline specific techniques for managing nervousness and building confidence for maximum effectiveness in meetings. This workshop makes a great addition to your employee onboarding or emerging leader programs.
Throughout this interactive workshop, participants examine your organization’s brand statement and articulate how they’d like to come across in support of it. Insights, skills, and communication techniques are introduced and practiced to help them be intentional about how they show up for others.
Professional Branding includes access to eCoach – our program for pre-work and post-workshop performance support. Participants receive reusable job aids and reference materials to apply what they learn in class to the situations they face outside of it.
