Service in a Box: Bicycle Build
Our Service in a Box: Bicycle Build is structured as a collaborative event as opposed to a competition. This program is designed specifically as a business simulation combined with a charity component. This collaborative problem-solving activity involves:
• Team creation and defining roles within teams
• Earning and dividing up resources
• Building bicycles
There are periodic check ins and/or debrief sessions with the group.
We can incorporate a number of themes within this program, depending on what the groups objectives are.
We do a large-group debrief afterwards.
