Filling the gap between your training programs and organizational goals requires an in-depth understanding of diagnostic and needs assessment approaches to ensure targeted training and development. In this Training Industry certificate, you will learn about four different levels of needs assessment, gaining an understanding of when each level is appropriate based on the questions you need answered. Training Industry certificates are valid for eight PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, 5.50 Generalrecertification credit hours toward a PHR™, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi®, and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®) and fulfill eight CPTM recertification credit hours.
