This highly interactive half-day workshop will prepare you, as a learning manager, to use design thinking as a key tool for diagnosing business problems and delivering innovative learning solutions that solve them. Certification / Credits
Training Industry Workshops are valid for five PDCs for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, 3.50-4.00 general recertification credit hours toward a PHR™, PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi®, and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute® (HRCI®) and fulfill four CPTM recertification credit hours.
