Course Overview
This Communication Strategies workshop will provide participants with an understanding of the impact that their communication skills can have on others, while exploring the different ways in which developing these skills can make it easier for them to succeed in the workplace and beyond.
You will understand the common communication problems; develop skills to ask questions; learn what non-verbal messages are saying; develop skills in listening actively and empathetically to others; enhance the ability to handle difficult situations; and deal with situations assertively.
