High Impact Leadership for Women
This is a year-long competitive call program that requires an interview to determine which group is a best fit for the candidate. Each cohort is focused on raising up already successful women leaders to have greater impact and influence. The commitment level is high, as participants are expected to be present (virtually or physically) during scheduled sessions.
Workshop Overview 12 months Minimum group size of 6
- Includes 360 feedback instrument mixed with interviews of key stakeholders
- Emotional Intelligence assessment
- Monthly 2 hour facilitated and focused group session
- Monthly 1.5 hours 1:1 coaching with an executive coach
- Creation of individualized development goals
- Held to high levels of accountability for commitments made during the process
