Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders Certification
For internal trainers, The Center for Leadership Studies is pleased to offer the ability to become certified to train our Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders in any modality. At CLS, we offer In-person, remote and virtual certifications for our client trainers.
We recognize the cost of certification can become challenging when adding up time out of office, travel and other factors. While we truly believe our in-class certification process results in the highest mastery of content and delivery, we know that flexibility is sometimes needed to roll out Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders and develop leaders in your organization.
With that in mind, we have created a Remote and Virtual certification for Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders in addition to our In-person certification workshops.
Remote certifications teach trainers to deliver Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders in-person through an online certification. Virtual certifications teach trainers to deliver Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders virtually through an online certification.
Please note that a remote or virtual certification requires attendance in Situational Leadership®: Building Leaders (in-class, online or virtual), where trainers experience the program as participants in advance of the remote certification class. Your Account Manager will assist in scheduling this event.

Training content
In-person certification workshops are three-day, public events designed for trainers from various organizations to become certified in our course offerings.
- Day 1: Trainers experience the one-day program as participants
- Day 2: Trainers are led through the Leader’s Guide and learn to effectively and accurately deliver the course content
- Day 3: Trainers perform teach-back segments of the program and receive feedback from our Certified Master Trainer
Virtual certification workshops are two-day training events (after the trainer has gone through the program as a participant).
- Day 1:Trainers are led through the virtual Leader’s Guide and learn to effectively and accurately deliver the course content
- Day 2:Trainers perform teach-back segments of the program and receive feedback from our Certified Master Trainer
Remote certification workshops are two-day training events (after the trainer has gone through the program as a participant).

- Day 2:Trainers perform teach-back segments of the program and receive feedback from our Certified Master Trainer
