Leading With DiSC® | E-Certification
The ability to recognize, and adapt to, the unique behavioral tendencies, communication preferences and priorities that drive an individual’s performance is critical to managerial success. Leading With DiSC® guides participants on a path of self-discovery into their own management style preferences and motivations and sheds light on the potential challenges and opportunities leaders encounter when working with individuals that exhibit vastly and inherently different DiSC® behavioral biases and preferences.
This interactive, one-day workshop integrates the application of the Everything DiSC®
Management Behavioral Model with the Situational Leadership® approach, providing a learning experience that enables participants to leverage their awareness of an individual’s DiSC® style to accurately diagnose readiness and then respond with the appropriate leader style behaviors. By effectively adapting their behavior to meet the needs of those they lead, managers are able to engage in successful and consistently productive interactions.
Through structured skill-building activities, Leading With DiSC® provides participants with ample opportunities to simulate real-world business situations and practice demonstrating optimal leader style behaviors based on an accurate diagnosis of Performance Readiness®.
