Course description
Managing Team Peformance
High performing teams don’t magically happen; they are built and cultivated intentionally and consistently over time. For some managers however, having a high performing team is the “luck of the draw”. Most leaders find themselves spending their time micro-managing their under-performers, instead of driving growth in their average-to-high performing team members. The truth is that management is the delicate balance of managing performance improvement efforts of under-performers, working to develop your average-performers, and driving greater outcomes from your high performing team members. In this course, we identify how to appropriately split your time and how to effectively coach up (or out) employees to build a high-performing team.
