Good visuals and supporting points

Loved the 5th step of change is support; drove home the concept. He had good metaphorical visuals in his PP that supported the points he was covering. Example: laundry on the line.

Search for the fleck of gold, not the huge "nugget' when developing oneself and others. Great and practical reminder!
