Our LEAD NOW! Certification Program spans two, half days. All sessions are VIRTUAL.
The program is designed to prepare leaders to fully utilize the LEAD NOW! Self Assessment, 360 Assessment, and the entire LEAD NOW! suite of supporting materials including award-winning books, coaching cards, and action planning resources.

- Review both the Instructor-Led and Virtual Instructor-Led versions of the LEAD NOW! Experience and when to use both.
- Discuss how to adapt the LEAD NOW! Experience modules (both ILT and VILT) for the needs of your clients.
- Learn how to administer the process of setting up the LEAD NOW! Experience Workshop for your clients.
- Review strategies for measuring success and increasing learning retention through individual action plans, coaching, customized training, and follow up activities.
