Course description
This two-day instructor-led ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively audit and assess quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This course provides a comprehensive understanding of the standard’s requirements from a perspective of the necessary evidence to ensure conformance, audit principles, and practical auditing techniques, enabling participants to become proficient internal auditors.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify the key requirements and benefits of ISO 9001
- Understand the Objectives, Purpose, Planning, and Documenting Internal Audits
- Understand the Process Approach Methodology
- Understand Risk Based Thinking in relationship to the standard

Prerequisites: Basic knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and quality management concepts is recommended but not required. DQS will not provide a copy of the standard. If you need a copy, you can purchase one at iso.org.
Participants who complete this course and pass the final assessment will receive a certificate of completion.
