Many organizations want to become more agile. What exactly does it mean to “be agile”? Is it possible to be agile and still maintain some traditional project management practices?
This is an immersive course that will explore how to frame agile by discussing hybrid practices and how to add an agile approach to traditional project management. In this interactive, experiential session, participants will engage in situational exercises, integrating agile into project planning and execution.
Participants will enhance their decision-making skills by using a suitability filter to integrate agile into traditional organizations. We will explore how to identify projects that may benefit from using a hybrid approach and which agile tools and techniques best support this approach.
