I learned my questioning style can come across to some as hostile
I need to let some things from the past go…I keep bringing it up and it embarrasses some employees
I recognize that I may come across as condescending to some of my staff
My biggest take away is "people's perceptions is their reality"
My domininat management style can contribute to my employees not feeling part of the team
I need to be "under the radar" less and be more actively supporting my employees
