  • Providing the organization’s leadership team with timely and accurate strategic portfolio decision support information

Now you have the opportunity to successfully implement your Strategic Execution Office. Spend 3 highly productive days of learning and coaching with the architect of the Strategic Execution Office concept, Bill Stewart. He will provide you with individualized instruction and support in how to successfully implement a Strategic Execution Office and/or transform your PMO into an SEO. During this hands-on workshop, Bill will share with you the knowledge, tools and techniques he has gained over the 35 years he has been successfully implementing PMOs and EPMOs.
