In this program, participants use their current schedules and task lists to experiment with and learn to:
- Identify the key principles and values by which they operate—which may or may not be helpful to productivity.
- Create a personal strategy that brings more balance into personal and professional roles.
- Develop and choose approaches that help to handle common issues of information overload, with email, phone calls, voice mails, instant messages and more.
- Establish and set up a command central for frequently used materials and tasks.
