I am not a manager, and the course made me realize that I don't need to be to help people grow. I can simply be a coach to them.It made me realize I already am, as often my peer welcomes advice or solutions.

Opened my eyes to many components of verbal and nonverbal communication and provided several tasks to improve my behaviors. This class was very useful and provided a lot of practice to build and reinforce the concepts that were shared.

Balance between preparation and discussion; The balanced response portion should be mandatory for all professional staff; the feedback loop from participants and instructor was very helpful.

Overall great. I was appropriately challenged on some of my thinking - in a good way. This helped me see thoughts & strategies in a different light. Thanks!

Good course. Liked how really it's about you, doesn't matter the generation more the individual and how you change to meet their needs. I think the idea that it all starts with your needs to be driven home more and more for it to sink in.

What seemed to be 'Basic Mgr" concepts, I observed value add to many attendees w/in class. Good to have 'mix' of experience!

Superfun. Interactive. Got people out of their comfort zone. Tremendous tools that are actually viable/do-able.

I would take this course again in a heartbeat. The instructor was great and energizing. I learned a lot and look forward to putting what I learned into practice.

Fantastic course! Best class I've ever taken that addresses public speaking. Addressed all aspects that maybe I had never even considered. Like the format of small groups to present and given a chance to restructure/change/improve and try again. Only negative: Did not care for the white board paddles.

No real disapointments! Excellent program! Thank you! Perhaps more suggested readings or books or Ted Talks.

I did not know what to expect initially, but the course was engaging and informative. I learned about myself and how I have adapted/flexed to work with different personality styles.

Originally, I thought two days for the course seemed like alot but I was wrong. This class was engaging and helpful from start to finish. The content was informative and the facilitator did an amazing job making the content applicable to the real world.
