Progress Measurement
This skill module introduces fundamental aspects of progress measurement for shale development projects. Five methods used to assess design engineering and field construction progress are covered. The concept of earned value analysis is introduced along with pros and cons of EVA use on shale development projects.

This includes operations and facility reps, cost and schedule controllers, and buyers and logistics specialists.
