PerSight® is an assessment company with two unique cloud-based products, the PerSight Pre-hire Assessment™ and the PerSight Developmental Feedback Report™. Both products utilize the Rapid Response Method for data collection. This type of data collection results in faster, more authentic responses than traditional assessments. For employee training and development, the PerSight Developmental Feedback Report (PDFR) is a Big 5-based executive and managerial development tool that assesses aspects of personality relevant to workplace behaviors.
The PDFR measures five core traits – Extraversion, Adjustment, Openness, Agreeableness, and Conscientiousness – as well as sub-traits (or facets) within those categories. The PDFR takes 5-7 minutes to complete and instantly provides respondents with a developmental feedback report tailored to their scores. The feedback report outlines the strengths and weaknesses of employees at the executive and managerial level. Scores on the PDFR have been shown to be reliable and to predict supervisor, peer, and subordinate ratings of performance and potential for promotion. The PDFR has been shown to be a stronger predictor of others’ ratings of performance than traditional rating scale measures.
