The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team accelerates team development and performance using a research-backed, field-tested approach. Teams assess their current performance and get personalized feedback about their individual interpersonal effectiveness along the way.
Who should attend?
Intended Audience
Five Behaviors is intended for teams of four or members who have worked together for at least six months. It applies to all teams regardless of level or sector in which they operate.
Training content
- Based on the popular model from Patrick Lencioni, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team provides a practical, action-oriented model for teams from any sector to employ in their team development efforts.
- The assessment generates an individual and a team report. The individual report outlines interpersonal style and effectiveness. The team report captures the team experience through the eyes of each individual team member.
- Using the report feedback as a catalyst, the team works through the five behaviors building a plan to measurably increase their cohesion and results.
Course delivery details
Five Behaviors can be delivery virtually or in person. The length can be customized from nine hours to two days.

- The price for the Virtual Version is $400/person (three, three-hour modules.
