Becoming a Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Becoming a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) is a great way for Teaching Assistants (TAs) to enhance their skills and take on additional responsibilities within the classroom. This comprehensive course has been designed to provide TAs with the knowledge and skills required to take the next step in their career.
Throughout the program, participants will learn how to effectively plan and deliver lessons, assess student progress, and manage challenging behaviours. They will develop a deep understanding of the curriculum and how to adapt it to meet the needs of individual learners. Teaching Assistant will also be equipped with the necessary communication skills to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.
