Whether in sports or on the job, coaches allow their employees to do what they do best. They provide support in the moment and collaboratively work with the individual to find a solution.
In Coaching Skills for Managers, you will practice coach-like habits and skills that will allow you to multiply the talent on your team and unleash their full potential. Not to mention, as you progress through the program you will be able to tap into your facilitator and peers to discuss and work through coaching challenges being faced on the job.
