Training content
How this program works
This six-week module system will include the weekly application of the intra-, inter-, and influence models. Each week will feature video instruction led by expert Envision-U Master Trainers. The videos and module system will be the means to take their leadership and team to a whole other level.
Participants will:
- Identify personal blockages and beliefs around ultimate leadership vision and identity as a leader and a role model
- Master and utilize the key emotional influence principles
- Discover a new understanding of how to align an individual's driving needs with the culture of your organization
- Utilize methods for expanding available time for both personal and professional objectives by better aligning both efforts and focus
