Solve Problems Using Systems Thinking
Train managers and HR professionals to use a systems thinking approach to problem solving. Enjoy an interactive and collaborative learning experience through this 3-hour training, which focuses on activity- and practice-based learning to hone key skills. This instructor-led training session, run by one of McLean’s experienced facilitators, is completely online; this means learning can happen anywhere, any time.
