Course content will focus on generating a range of creative solutions, chosing options in accordance with objective criteria, and finally implementing decisions in a manner that leaves room for evaluating result and feedback.
Time management and controlling stress in the workplace
In these time management and stress management sections delegates will be exposed to methods for prioritizing and organizing their workload in a manner that is aligned with their goals. Material will cover the causes and symptoms of stress and make delegates aware of stress warning signs.
