Living As A Leader® Leadership Development System

Living As A Leader offers a proven, comprehensive Leadership Development System to equip all leaders at all levels with common language, skill and approach. The goal is to create of a sustainable leadership culture across all sites by using a steady-progress-over-time approach.  We do not believe in the ‘fire hose’ method for developing leaders.   

Living As A Leader supports more than 130 organizations across the United States and is committed to improving the employee experience through the development of effective, intentional leadership.  Leadership skill workshops, which are supported by a small-group coaching component, can be delivered via facilitator-led training, eLearning courses, virtual facilitator-led workshops or a combination of the three.  Skills are further reinforced through mobile app micro-learning reinforcements, as well as through the critical accountability role of internal Leaders of Leaders. 

We receive high marks from our customers for applicability (9.2 on a 10-point scale).  Skills and models have been created with a commitment to turning common sense into common practice. 

The Living As A Leader® Leadership Development System is available for organizations and consultants to license.  We can lead two-day train-the-trainer certification sessions in your organization or at Living As A Leader.
