Our Story
Liddell Consulting Group was founded in 2002 by David Liddell, with the sole purpose of simplifying leadership challenges.
With a career founded in project and program management and an education in engineering, David powered the development of his leadership consulting approach with analytical thinking and a determined work ethic. His innate curiosity and inclination toward order, led him to develop a series of methodical, fact-gathering processes and simplified, action-oriented solutions that make up The Liddell Method. Liddell Consulting Group’s goals pivot around applying this approach to benefit leaders at all levels.
The Liddell Consulting team is well-versed in guiding leaders through tricky business hurdles and bringing order to uncertainty. We enjoy seeing through complicated organizational challenges and developing simple solutions. Our team comes to work every day to help good companies grow, cultivate exceptional leadership, and meet their potential.
