As a conflict avoider, I took this class to give me tools, techniques to overcome this barrier. I wasn't disappointed. Thank you!

The session and exercise about active listening was powerful and impactful. I will certainly be more mindful in acknowledging/validating when listening to others.

This was such a great course! Learned a lot about myself and how to manage/handle conflict in a more controlled fashion.
