Job Benchmarking and Talent Management - Onsite Consulting

KerrHill's expert onsite consulting is designed to help organizations forge a strong and effective recruitment process that secures lasting and successful hires. Job Benchmarking and Talent Management is a facilitated, interactive consultation program which helps hiring professionals follow a formal process when staffing and recruiting and matching people to jobs.

The process helps clarify key accountabilities for a role, removing bias from the staffing and recruiting process. A group of three to seven stakeholders work together to define core success factors for a particular role, which are then used to focus the interview and selection process. Organizations will also learn valuable assessment tools for effective job matching. The consulting service can also be utilized to help build smart and engaging development plans for existing employees.

KerrHill's consulting service is offered onsite - and virtually to remote team members. Contact KerrHill today to start revolutionizing your staffing and recruiting process for maximum success.

Who should attend?

This process can be used to help define any job position in an organization.

Training Content

The consulting process will follow this outline:

  • Identify the Job to be Benchmarked
  • Identify Subject Matter Experts
  • Define the Key Accountabilities
  • Prioritize and Weighing Key Accountabilities
  • Responding to the Job Assessment Individually
  • Review the Multi-Respondent Job Benchmark Report
  • Compare Existing or New Candidates to the Job Benchmark
  • Discuss the Results & Implementation Strategy

Outcomes

The outcome of the Job Benchmarking process is clear: non bias job role definition. This includes three to five Key Accountability statements for the job, rank of importance on those accountabilities, and the percentage of time each accountability takes. Additionally an assessment report identifies the key behaviors, driving forces, and skills needed for the job. Candidate matching is conducted online and assessment reports are created to evaluate any "gaps" the candidate has as compared to the needs of the job.

Costs

The cost of this consultation program is $5500 USD.
