Who should attend?
Prerequisite: Fundamental knowledge of basic math and algebra and English language reading proficiency.
- Master the use of cause and effect diagrams, checksheets, and scatter diagrams.
- Contribute to the definition of project selection criteria and develop project proposals to meet those criteria.
- Lead a Six Sigma project team, using the DMAIC problem-solving methodology and team-building skills.
- Apply and interpret basic and advanced Six Sigma tools, as necessary, for project definition, process baseline analysis, process improvement, and process control.
Course delivery details
You have 180 days to complete this course after successfully registered and paid the course fee. You must make a 70 or higher as your final grade to successfully complete the course and receive a certificate of completion.
Requirements: This course can be taken on a PC (Windows XP or later) or Mac (OS X Snow Leopard 10.6 or later). Use the latest version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari. Microsoft office is not included in enrollment. Access to personal email account required.
The course fee is $1,995 (USD), which includes the materials for the course. The materials will be mailed within 10 business days.
The certification exam fee is not included in the course fee. You will need to register and take the certification exam from the American Society for Quality (ASQ).
Certification / Credits
