The program was developed by the faculty of the Coles College M&A Academy and is focused on the special interests of M&A intermediaries serving private companies in the middle market and business owners preparing for acquisition or sale. Due to the travel challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP) Certificate Program has been re-designed for live virtual delivery over a six-week period.

Course delivery details
Due to the travel challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Certified M&A Professional (CM&AP) Certificate Program has been re-designed for live virtual delivery over a six-week period.
Online Class Schedule:
- All Sessions will be held from 11:00 am-2:30 pm EDT (Specific session topics subject to change.)
- Participants will need to have a device (computer or I Pad), preferably with a camera and audio capability, and internet access to participate.
Costs
The fee is $2,750 (USD) for general application. Besides, we offer a discounted price of $2200 (USD) per person for a group of 3 or more from the same company.
Price includes electronic program materials, templates and examples and access to the Learning Management System (LMS).
