Pathway to Generative Coaching
Begin Your Journey to Be a Professional Coach
Your friends and colleagues come to you often and appreciate that you listen and care. Maybe they even tell you, “You should be a coach!” Yet you know that it is important to learn more and develop as a coach to be confident, professional and credible.
Learn to embody the coaching mindset and apply ICF (International Coaching Federation) Core Competency skills whether you are seeking to coach on your own, inside of your company, or in your role as a supervisor or leader.
This program is offered for people who are aware of coaching and are seeking to learn and develop an effective foundation of skill, knowledge and effective partnering practices for your clients to be successful with you. If you are not yet coaching, or are coaching less than 4 hours per week in a non-professional setting, this program matches your objectives.
Pathway to Generative Coaching can be taken as a standalone ACSTH program, or combined with supplemental programs and additional mentor coaching for ACTP status as a Certified Generative Coach.
