Ms. Anel was able to present her presentation well. She was very informative. Her tone of voice is very good which makes us understand her very well. However, I thought more writing formats / samples and how to reply on emails or situations will be taught to us during the training but none. Overall the training is very good.


Thanks to Anel, she provided valuable lessons and information, added more confidence to our public speaking. and to control our body language.
