The curriculum is divided into five daylong on-campus courses, including:
- Course 1: Defining Leadership, Valuing Approaches to Change
- Course 2: Design Thinking for Innovation and Problem-Solving
- Course 3: Influence without Authority
- Course 4: Leading Change
- Course 5: Explore Effective Negotiation Strategies, Synthesize the Learning, Apply the Learning
Course delivery details
Format: In-residence business certificate taught on the Bloomington, Indiana, campus. You can either attend the full week of daylong courses at one time and receive your certificate, or take individual courses.
Time Commitment: Typically 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to noon on Friday
Fall: November 8 – 12, 2021
Costs
All of the courses taken in one week cost $3,995 (USD). Taken separately, each daylong course costs $925 (USD). Those registering for the entire certificate save $630 (USD).
Certification / Credits
You will receive a Leadership & Change Business Certificate upon completing the program.
