ICS Learning Group was established 17 years ago, and we are proud to be a leading provider of custom training solutions and eLearning software systems. We are located in the Washington D.C. – Baltimore metropolitan area, just outside of Annapolis, Maryland. We serve clients in a variety of markets including the federal government, manufacturing, professional associations, educational institutions, health care, financial services, pharmaceutical, and software development.
Our eLearning course-ware development team consists of creative talent, instructional designers, and technical experts who are passionate and dedicated to creating solutions to meet the critical training needs of today’s workforce. We have extensive experience in instructional design and all of the production aspects of designing and creating highly engaging, effective eLearning content. One of our core strengths is the production of exceptional eLearning content including interactive exercises and games through the use of interactive multimedia using graphics, animation, audio, and video.

Inquisiq first launched in 2002 under the name “Inquisiq LMS”. A second generation product was released in 2005 as “Inquisiq EX”, a third generation product was released in 2009 as “Inquisiq R3”, and a fourth generation product was released in 2015 as “Inquisiq R4.” We have been winning over new clients, as well as industry awards and recognition for our LMS innovations since 2009 and now have hundreds of clients, serving millions of users, and growing those numbers every month.
